The Customer Specialist-Alternative Delivery is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves completing sales transactions, facilitating paperwork, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Home Delivery sales transactions
  • Present and confirm MaxCare and finance decisions
  • Execute strategies to achieve sales budgets
  • Maintain knowledge of available financing options, titles, and extended service policies
  • Provide outstanding internal and external customer service
  • Perform various Business Office tasks, including Express Pickups, Sales paperwork, Appraisal Purchases, and DMV processing
  • Drive vehicles to and from various locations as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license meeting CarMax Driver Safety Points Evaluation System criteria
  • Successful completion of all assessments
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
  • Active listening skills
  • Meet or exceed CarMax guidelines for customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in an indoor/outdoor environment, with flexibility to work at multiple locations and deliver vehicles offsite
