Position Summary:
The primary role of the Industrial Services Crew Leader involves overseeing HAZMAT Emergency Response, tank cleaning, excavation, and waste management. As part of a remote team supported by numerous local offices, you will utilize advanced technology and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Adhering to safety protocols, you will manage waste removal and containerization while leading daily work activities to align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance among team members.
  • Review work orders to confirm availability and functionality of necessary equipment before commencing tasks.
  • Identify and rectify potential hazards that could lead to accidents or operational inefficiencies.
  • Communicate effectively regarding equipment maintenance needs and complete required documentation.
  • Provide training to Technicians I and II on equipment operation and service processes.
  • Operate equipment in accordance with safety training and operational guidelines.
  • Implement safety procedures consistently while performing tasks.
  • Conduct manual cleaning, installation, and repair of various equipment components.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Oversee and direct a team of 2-4 operators and technicians.
  • Engage with clients and management to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage documentation related to job performance and vendor interactions.
  • Lead safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety policies.
  • Meet project deadlines while optimizing resource use.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Work Environment:
Combination of indoor and outdoor settings.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of all services offered by the company.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehension in English.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Completion of OSHA 29CFR Hour HAZWOPER Training.
