### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team at Pullman, a Structural Group company. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising field crews, estimating labor requirements, and ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise field crews and estimate labor requirements
* Develop crew schedules and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
* Complete daily field reports, purchase orders, and delivery tickets
* Ensure crews are operating tools and equipment safely and productively
* Assist Project Managers in evaluating production rates

### Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in general construction with at least 3 years in a Leadman or similar position
* Previous experience running 1-2 projects simultaneously
* Proven ability to supervise up to 2 field leaders with various crew sizes
* Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and execute construction drawings and contract specifications
* Established commitment to safety
* Proven experience producing look-ahead schedules and working with construction documents
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, crews, and project teams
* Basic computer skills and construction math skills
