Mechanical Assembly Specialist

Position Summary: We are looking for skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialists to construct and assemble top-notch mechanical parts and systems. This position provides an opportunity to engage in innovative projects within a company that appreciates your expertise and offers significant avenues for professional advancement.
Primary Duties:
- Assembly Process: Construct mechanical components and systems following engineering specifications, blueprints, and work orders. Ensure that all assemblies are executed with precision and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate and test assembled components and systems to confirm compliance with quality benchmarks and functional requirements. Detect and resolve any discrepancies or defects.
- Tool Operation: Utilize and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment for assembly tasks. Ensure that all tools and equipment are functioning properly.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of assembly activities, including assembly instructions, part numbers, and any deviations from standard procedures. Provide insights on assembly processes and recommend enhancements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and other team members to ensure smooth production workflows and timely completion of assembly tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Report any safety risks or equipment issues to supervisors.
