Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical units and subassemblies with repetitive tasks, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Work from blueprints and written or verbal instructions, with guidance from supervisors, to assemble mechanical units and subassemblies.
  • Operate various manufacturing equipment, including saws, deburrers, tube benders, degreasers, glass beaders, packaging equipment, hand tools, and power tools, to perform manufacturing operations.
  • Assemble products to prescribed tolerances, including wrapping and inserting fins, to meet quality standards.
  • Under close supervision, operate the copper flush stand, perform titration tests, and add prescribed quantities of chemicals to change each tank as required.
  • Record and maintain record logs associated with the production process.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area and equipment.
  • Perform work in a cell or work area as assigned and perform other related duties as directed.
Requirements

As an Assembler B, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical units and subassemblies with precision and attention to detail. You will work under limited supervision and be expected to follow blueprints and written or verbal instructions to assemble mechanical units and subassemblies.
