This is a full-time hourly role starting at $14.05 per hour plus tips, complete with benefits. Position based in Santa Fe, NM, at our Inn & Spa at Loretto in the newly established Crafted outlet. Typical working hours are from 6AM to 12PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in crafting a variety of coffee and specialty drinks, showcasing artistry and skill.
  • Must demonstrate coffee preparation skills during the interview process.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with colleagues and patrons.
  • Welcome and greet guests at the bar or in the designated bar area.
  • Assist the bartender with delivering beverages to tables as required.
  • Ensure that drinks are prepared simultaneously, maintaining high quality and prompt service.
  • Deliver exceptional, seamless service with enthusiasm.
  • Provide answers and recommendations to guests to enhance their experience.
  • Verify identification to confirm age requirements for alcoholic beverage service.

Requirements:
  • Valid Alcohol Server Certification is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, typically eight hours or more.
  • Must frequently lift, push, reach for, and carry items weighing over 20 pounds.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience; experience in high-volume or fine dining settings is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
