Job Overview

GALarson stands as a premier wholesale distributor specializing in HVAC and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, components, and supplies. Our Counter Sales Representatives play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while fostering strong relationships through customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends and holidays off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with customers.
  • Develop expertise in our product offerings.
  • Inform customers about product features and advantages.
  • Identify the appropriate products to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Establish product pricing, prepare sales quotes, and generate invoices.
  • Manage all sales transactions, including returns and warranty documentation.
  • Assist customers with loading products and preparing items for shipment.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked with products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining the store's overall appearance.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in counter sales or customer service is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented professional.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic mathematical abilities.
