Key Responsibilities:- Act as a point of contact for clients, managing their insurance needs for service and renewals.
- Perform day-to-day administration of assigned Commercial Property & Casualty policies.
- Retain business, grow business through new, cross-sale, and account round opportunities.
- Prepare materials for renewals, client meetings, and ensure workflow of information to other team members/departments.
- Maintain client databases, records management, and project-specific assignments.
- Support clients, carriers, and other agency partners.
- Stay informed of industry changes and product offerings.
- Manage incoming emails, calendars, tasks, and phone calls efficiently.
- Minimum two years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Basic insurance knowledge on how to perform a change request and issue/update a certificate.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required or obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Applied TAM experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and multi-task.
