Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising a team of commercial lines service representatives and support staff.
  • Developing and implementing strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring staff, ensuring training on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and carrier partners.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while staying updated on trends and best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance operations, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Preferred professional designations include CPCU, CIC, CRM, ARM, or TRIP.

Starting salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 with incentive bonus opportunities.
