Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess, plan, and provide patient care.
- Order, interpret, and record results of clinical tests and report to physicians.
- Develop and implement a plan of care that meets the needs of patients.
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers and other team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical assistant role that included medication administration.
- Previous work experience in a medical clinic setting.
- BLS/CPR certification required (or earned within 90 days of hire).
- Annual UAP agreement with provider required.
