Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Personal Banker - Relationship Builder to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well-being.
  • Sales and Service Excellence: Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Risk Management: Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or product knowledge preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of related experience in sales, customer service, or financial services.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in banking products and services.
