Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Licensed Maintenance Electrician (LME) to join our team for a prominent industrial client.
Position Details:
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Starting Wage: $43/hour with potential for rapid wage increases
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain large-scale printing machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks including lubrication, wear measurement, repositioning components, and monitoring operational parameters such as vibrations and noise levels.
- Address emergency breakdowns to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Execute repairs and installations across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems.
- Diagnose and rectify issues in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in millwright or maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with both new and older CNC and manual machinery.
- Experience with stick welding.
- Capable of performing preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems, pneumatics, bearings, chains, and industrial furnaces.
- Familiarity with PLC systems.
- Knowledge of robotics and automation is highly advantageous.
- Experience with pumps and low voltage systems.
- Possession of a current LME or Electrician license in Oregon is essential.
