Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced oncology administrative lead to join our team at i4 Search Group Healthcare. As the Director of Cancer Care Operations, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of oncology services, ensuring quality outcomes, and maintaining financial health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance oncology services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality and financial goals.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Leadership/Management or Healthcare related field required.
  • Master degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership/Management or Healthcare related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in cancer care operations.
