Child and Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Family Support Specialist to join our team at HopeWell Inc. This role is responsible for providing critical support to children, foster families, and biological families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of children's progress and needs, ensuring the highest level of care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, outlining specific goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files, adhering to state regulations and agency policies.
- Regularly visit children and foster parents, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
- In partnership with DCF, provide consultation and support to biological families, promoting positive relationships and regular contact between family members.
- Collaborate with community organizations and service providers to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in social work or a related field, with a minimum of one year of experience in case management and/or counseling services.
- Eligibility for Massachusetts Social Work License (not applicable in Connecticut).
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, maintain confidentiality, and navigate electronic documentation systems.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $ $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including student loan pay-down assistance, tuition reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.
