Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management

- Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
- Maintenance and Repair
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, process utilities, and facility grounds.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
- Project Management
- Lead and manage capital projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA, NFPA, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with operations staff, maintenance associates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair services.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline.
- Experience
- Seven (7) plus years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and increasing productivity.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
