Job Overview

At Jackpocket, we're revolutionizing the lottery industry with a mobile platform that's convenient, fun, and responsible. As an Operations Associate, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our digital lottery courier product, ensuring seamless customer experiences and shaping the future of this rapidly growing industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at our local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keeping our systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information.
  • Streamlining and organizing workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines.
  • Maintaining the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment.
  • Supporting various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team's overall success.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a proven track record of reliable attendance.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
  • A self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-moving fulfillment setting.

This is a full-time non-exempt position eligible for overtime under FLSA requirements.
