The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification is a leading organization in the restoration and cleaning industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Accounting Manager to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in guiding the organization towards achieving its financial objectives while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the financial strategy for the organization.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
  • Assess and enhance departmental controls, systems, and procedures to boost accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring timely completion of major projects and financial reports.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
  • Manage tax obligations including CAT tax, sales tax, and royalty payments.
  • Conduct job costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication with management, customers, vendors, and insurance companies.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
