As a key contributor within a vibrant and expanding pharmaceutical services organization, you will play an essential role in driving the success of the company. The Client Services Account Executive is responsible for developing and nurturing ongoing strategic relationships with pharmacy clients.

Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction with pharmacy services, effectively resolve issues, and maintain high levels of client retention. Our Pharmacy division is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and addressing the pharmacy needs of hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, and specialized care centers across the nation.

Under the guidance of the Director of Client Services, you will uphold the company's value proposition to its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a consultative and strategic approach to account management, promoting various corporate initiatives.
  • Engage with senior leadership to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and discuss Pharmacy Optimization Services.
  • Oversee the client issue escalation and resolution process, collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely responses and set appropriate client expectations.
  • Utilize the company's CRM software to manage your client portfolio, tracking activities, tasks, contacts, and significant events.
  • Document the up-selling of products and solutions in relation to the overall client retention strategy.
  • Prepare and participate in periodic Business Reviews with Management.
  • Support the sales team in serving accounts and prepare materials for client engagement calls.
  • Conduct routine client training and oversee the implementation of new facilities.
  • Work with various departments to meet corporate billing and receivables standards.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.

Qualifications:

Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field. Desired: MBA.

Experience:
Previous experience in account management or client services is preferred.
