We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Woodbury Corporation. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising front office associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise front office associates to ensure seamless guest registration and communication of hotel services.
- Process and assist with guest check-ins, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Verify and adjust billing, process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges.
- Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff as needed, and anticipate sold-out situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists, and complete cashier and closing reports.
- Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching front office associates.
- A high school education or equivalent required.
- At least two years of previous hotel front desk experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of Front Office operations and procedures.
- Able to lead and supervise other associates effectively.
- Availability to work a variable work schedule.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
