Global Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the development and implementation of global supply chain strategies for PVH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a global supply chain strategy that aligns with PVH's business objectives
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to build strategic and sustainable sourcing solutions
  • Drive supply chain initiatives that enable speed, flexibility, and agility to deliver profitable top-line growth
  • Manage vendor/supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance and compliance
  • Lead a team of sourcing professionals to identify, source, and negotiate all components of the product
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships within the brand and with regional/global business partners
  • Conduct research and analysis to improve efficiency of supply chain operations
  • Optimize product cost by understanding macroeconomic climate and various levers to unlock value
  • Oversee sustainability and circularity initiatives meeting Corporate and Brand objectives and timelines
Qualifications and Experience
  • 8-10+ years of experience in supply chain and sourcing globally, with at least 5 years of experience at the director level
  • Intimates/clothing product experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience managing/directing large global teams
  • MBA a plus

  • Strong ability to manage the end-to-end supply process, navigate and lead through change, and effective cross-functional leadership skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company, Process Management, Negotiation Skills, Extensive knowledge of world manufacturing/agent/export communities and their operations
  • Knowledge of Raw Material and how it relates to cost, In-depth knowledge of retail sourcing and production organizations, Extensive knowledge of multi-tiered sourcing strategies
  • Leadership capabilities to drive change and forward movement of business, Knowledge of trade policies and legislative action, Access to an extensive network of contacts and relationships
