The Technology Services Administrator (TSA) plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive IT systems support, alongside the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the data and telecommunication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Hardware Management: Oversee the installation of upgrades, troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with vendors for resolutions. Ensure proper disposal of equipment following approved procedures and maintain real-time updates in the asset management database.
  • Video Conferencing: Set up and manage video conferencing for both inter and intra-office meetings, ensuring all equipment is maintained effectively.
  • Account and Equipment Provisioning: Manage the provisioning and decommissioning of network accounts, configure mobile devices, and prepare new desktops and laptops for use.

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve end-user technology issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, colleagues, vendors, and management.
  • Adhere to best practices for hardware deployment and upgrades.
  • Create and manage service tickets to track technology-related issues.
  • Take ownership of escalated tickets from the help desk.
  • Support meetings, including video conferences, webinars, and presentations.
  • Maintain Active Directory security and distribution groups.
  • Comply with Information Security policies and procedures.
  • Assist with various IT projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 2016/365, NetDocuments, Active Directory, and computer hardware maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of Internet protocols and remote access technologies.
  • Knowledge of telephone systems, wireless networking, and video conferencing systems is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with users, IT peers, vendors, and management.
  • Ability to provide 24x7 support as part of the IT team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Microsoft environment, preferably in medium to large settings.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Active Directory.

Work Environment:

  • This position requires physical presence in the office during standard business hours.
  • Emergency support may be needed outside of regular hours for escalated issues.
  • Occasional overtime may be necessary.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10% travel may be required for support and projects at other locations.
  • Light travel may be necessary for technology setup or equipment delivery when safe to do so.
