**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sonar Signal Processing and Algorithm Developer to join our team at the University of Texas at Austin. As a key member of our research and development group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating sonar-related signal processing, target tracking, and classification algorithms.


  • Design and implement sonar signal processing algorithms for target tracking and classification.
  • Develop and evaluate new sonar data analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and development groups to clearly communicate and coordinate ideas.
  • Supervise students and support research and engineering efforts.
  • Travel to support data collection and system evaluation efforts.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expertise in signal processing and algorithm development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
