  • Manage end-to-end projects from scoping to production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain a strong project culture, focusing on reporting, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and production teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to project sponsors and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and open communication.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional and central IT teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the project management team, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of capital market deal flow, including pricing, booking, risk management, and back-office operations.
  • Proven program management skills, with experience in delivering large transformation programs.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience in developing functional project managers.
  • International exposure in working in a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with excellent reporting capabilities.
  • Experience as a business analyst or developer in a banking environment.
