Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Stability Documentation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Stability data entry and review of merged raw data.
  • Identifying delays in testing and escalating to management for prompt attention and response.
  • Scanning and releasing reports.
  • Processing incoming test samples into the stability LIMS system.
  • Authoring daily submissions from the calendar.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on location). As a top performer in the industry, the average salary for this job in North America is around $65,000/year.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Some college experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • No previous stability experience required.
  • Clerical/Office experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt to changes to improve company processes.
