Job Title: Sales Manager Company Overview: At FranPartners, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional results and outstanding customer satisfaction. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for handling estimates, managing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets. This role involves both in-person and virtual interactions with clients, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project schedules and budgets. Key Responsibilities: * Estimate and sell residential and commercial paint jobs * Recruit, manage, and coordinate subcontractors * Provide in-person and virtual estimates * Ensure projects meet client needs, stay on schedule, and are within budget * Upsell additional services and generate project schedules * Address and resolve any project issues promptly * Promote FranPartners and build strategic relationships * Utilize company sales tools and maintain high customer satisfaction * Collaborate on budgeting and financial tracking with the Owner Qualifications: * Proven sales ability and exceptional customer service skills * Independent worker in a fast-paced environment * Experience with lead generation and strategic relationships * Military experience preferred * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Clean driving record and ability to travel within the territory * Prior home services sales experience preferred * Bilingual preferred * Must reside in Central Pennsylvania Additional Information: * Full-time, Monday-Friday (Saturday if needed) * PTO, Holiday Pay, Company Truck Provided * Health Insurance Benefits Compensation: $70,000 to $110,000 (draw + commission), Benefits For more details, visit.
