We are a dynamic Boutique Design and Marketing Firm experiencing significant growth and are in search of our inaugural Sales Representative. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence.

If you possess over 2 years of experience in graphic design coupled with a similar tenure in sales, and have the ambition to cultivate a territory from the ground up with a proactive approach, this opportunity is tailored for you.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000, complemented by an attractive unlimited bonus structure for each sale.

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in Marketing to become a vital part of our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in formulating and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales and fulfilling our business goals. Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, your duties will include:

1. Collaborating with the owner to devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve objectives.
2. Presenting and promoting our products and services to potential clients through both in-person and virtual interactions.
3. Building and nurturing relationships with current and prospective clients to enhance business solutions.
4. Identifying and addressing client concerns, proactively preventing issues, and providing solutions in partnership with the owner.
5. Working closely with the marketing team to gain insights into product features and benefits.
6. Creating and maintaining sales materials and staying updated on product knowledge.
7. Preparing setups to activate and sustain contract services.
8. Overseeing account services through quality assurance checks and follow-ups.
9. Communicating new product offerings, special developments, and feedback from field activities to relevant company personnel.
10. Engaging in networking opportunities to expand professional connections.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales capacity, preferably within the marketing sector.
2. A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. A talent for establishing and maintaining robust client relationships.
5. A solid understanding of sales strategies and methodologies.
6. Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying product and service offerings to potential clients.
7. The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
9. Strong problem-solving capabilities and resilience in handling objections.
10. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous.
