Hole Drill Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support our Hot Section Module Center South team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements for hole drilling technologies, including Laser and EDM.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain process control plans and PFMEA documents
- Collaborate with design engineering and IPT teams to develop new product introductions and development parts
- Analyze data to understand process capability and drive decision-making
- Implement new capital equipment and ensure its successful integration into production
- Conduct First Article Inspections and control manufacturing software
- Lead shop floor process optimization and control methods to eliminate QCPC turn backs and reduce assembly costs
- Develop and maintain shop floor work instructions and specifications
- Provide leadership in eliminating EH&S/Ergonomics/Human Factors risks and addressing quality issues
- Participate in CORE/lean manufacturing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2+ years of experience
- U.S. citizenship required
- Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and Siemens NX
- NC programming and statistical process control skills
- Lean manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies
- Machining knowledge and technical writing skills
