As a Senior Director, Global HR Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping our global HR strategy and ensuring that we have the best talent in place to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the global HR strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving cultural alignment across regions
* Implement and standardize HR policies, processes, and programs globally, ensuring consistency and compliance across multiple countries and regions
* Provide strategic guidance to regional HR teams, ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
* Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals, drive talent management strategies, and foster employee engagement
* Lead and support organizational development and change management initiatives globally, driving business growth and sustainability
* Develop and implement global HR programs, such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development, to drive business results and employee satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices across various jurisdictions, mitigating HR-related risks and ensuring legal compliance

Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR or similar leadership role, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries and regions
* In-depth knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
* Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and programs across different jurisdictions
* Experience working in diverse cultural environments, managing cross-cultural teams, and fostering global collaboration
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across regions
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive HR initiatives and optimize HR practices globally
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Salary Range:
$150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on location and experience
