Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global Clinical Supply Chain Director to lead our clinical supply chain operations for multiple therapeutic areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end clinical planning, manufacturing, and global distribution of investigational products, ensuring compliance with GXP and regulatory standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and manage supply plans, minimize excess and obsolescence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a leader, you will provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain management for up to 10 assets within a therapeutic area.
  2. Develop and manage supply plans, including short-term and long-term strategies.
  3. Oversee label development, clinical pharmacy services, and clinical site services.
  4. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a team of supply chain professionals.
  5. Manage the annual budget and resource allocation for the therapeutic area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated people management and cross-functional project management experience.
  • Experience in a global and regulated environment.
  • Expertise in financial planning and budget management.
  • Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement projects.
Prior Experience:
  • MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Experience in pharma/biotechnology.
  • APICS certification or Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt is an asset.
Benefits: Biogen offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
