About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and their vehicles are properly prepared for the road.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Serving Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Conduct thorough vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are in good condition.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop skills in minor repairs, such as tire installation and maintenance, and preventive maintenance repairs.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet.
