We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Brand and Product Marketing to join our team at Aquent.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in brand marketing to develop and execute campaigns that inspire and connect with audiences.
  • Define and champion the brand's identity, ensuring its consistent application across all marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate brand attributes into product campaigns for a cohesive message.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns for recognizable brands, with a focus on brand equity and storytelling.
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategies, audience segmentation, and messaging that drives customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in blending traditional and digital strategies, including influencer marketing and programmatic campaigns.
  • Budget management expertise: proven experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize ROI across brand and product marketing initiatives.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $125,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience.

To be considered for this role, you must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of our core locations: Columbia, MD, Downtown Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN, or Chandler, AZ. You should also be willing to work four days in-office as part of our hybrid model.
