About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Service Supervisor to join our team at Walmart. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience leading and developing teams effectively. As a Sales and Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements; managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in designated business areas to confirm they are indexed to sales.

Responsibilities
  • Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements;
  • Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in designated business areas;
  • Ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes;
Requirements
  • 2 years' college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience;
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing;
  • Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities that sell firearms;
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, plus additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure.
