About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate & Outfitter. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending products, and driving sales. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience
  • Recommending products based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Driving sales and meeting sales targets
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
