Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Business Development Strategist to lead our Mid-Market Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, sales pipeline development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve sales targets and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales pipeline development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA
