Healthcare Sales Representative

At AdaptHealth, we're committed to empowering patients to live their best lives by providing full-service home medical equipment products and services. As an Account Executive, you'll play a vital role in building relationships with referral sources to generate steady referrals that meet sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community to drive sales growth.
- Work with Sales Leadership to develop and validate territory call plans to optimize business growth.
- Promote AdaptHealth's products and services to healthcare professionals, physicians, and patients to improve awareness and confidence.
- Collaborate with intake, customer service, and document collection teams to process orders and drive sales growth.
- Communicate and explain Medicare and private insurance procedures, pricing information, and product details to referral sources.
- Generate a steady stream of referrals to meet sales quotas and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience in B2B or B2C Sales.
- Five (5) years of work-related experience in Healthcare Sales is preferred.
- Three (3) years DME, Diabetes, Incontinence experience is preferred.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence.
