Job Title: Human Factors Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Engineer to join our team at Design Science. As a Human Factors Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing medical devices that are safe, effective, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct usability testing and research to identify areas for improvement in medical device design
  • Develop and implement human-centered design principles to ensure medical devices are safe and effective
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop medical devices
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure medical devices meet regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human factors engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and usability testing methods
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
