We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
- Implement evidence-based practice and clinical decision making
- Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and improve patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing
- Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing
- At least 1 year of inpatient RN experience
- Loan forgiveness up to $20,000
- Tuition assistance up to $7,200 per year
