Clinical Care Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a Clinical Care Coordinator with Hospital Sisters Health Systems (HSHS), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care across various ministries and units within a region. This position requires a skilled Registered Nurse to float to specialty areas based on their competency level.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, friends, and families
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Supervise assigned team members
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and following nursing philosophies
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing
- 1 year of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
