AerSale, Inc. is actively seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technicians for temporary roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all tasks in compliance with authorized FAA documentation.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that all performed maintenance meets airworthiness standards.
  • Keep the work environment and repair station orderly and clean.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by supervisory or management staff.
  • This role is safety-sensitive and requires compliance with pre-employment and ongoing DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations.
Qualifications:

To qualify for seasonal positions, candidates must not currently be employed full-time or contracted at any AerSale facility.

Educational Background:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Professional Experience:
  • Possession of a valid Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) License.
  • A minimum of two years of recent experience utilizing the A&P license.
  • Experience with large commercial aircraft is preferred; however, experience with corporate, general, or military aircraft will also be considered.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in documenting maintenance activities on required forms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding work products.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to integrity and loyalty.
  • Motivated to excel when given the autonomy to set personal goals and schedules.
  • Driven to achieve successful task completion.
Additional Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work various shifts is required.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, credential verification, and a pre-employment drug test in accordance with DOT regulations is mandatory.
Physical Demands:
  • Exposure to elevated noise levels, dust, and varying environmental temperatures.
  • Capability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
  • Able to bend, twist, squat, and lift as necessary.
