Qualifications:
  • A & P Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:


As a key member of our maintenance team, you will:

  • Execute maintenance tasks including the removal and installation of aircraft and powerplant components, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Repair, modify, and overhaul aircraft systems to maintain airworthiness.
  • Complete all work in accordance with AerSale, Inc.'s quality standards, FAA regulations, and customer-approved maintenance manuals.
  • Utilize maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and other technical documents to troubleshoot and effectively complete assignments.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and return documents to the Technical Library as required.
  • Safely operate ground support equipment and maintain compliance with AerSale Inc. operating certifications.
  • Foster a safety-conscious work environment by monitoring compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness in your work area and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Be flexible to work various shifts as needed.

Abilities and Skills:
  • Capability to work in both Hangar and Ramp environments.
  • Ability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Efficient documentation of maintenance performed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive work products.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Capability to bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and service stands.
  • Adaptability to loud noise environments.
  • Normal corrected hearing and vision are essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
