Medical Sales Representative

As a Medical Sales Representative at Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc, you will play a critical role in helping our local territory teams support sales activities and customer support. This position involves contacting and consulting with various clients in clinical settings, developing relationships, and presenting to physicians and hospital stakeholders to persuade potential clients to use the Assure Cardiac Recovery System.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and other clients to promote the Assure Cardiac Recovery System.
- Collaborate with local Territory Managers to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Provide education and training to customers, healthcare professionals, and support staff on the use and benefits of the Assure Cardiac Recovery System.
- Work with select service agencies to identify and address customer needs and protocols.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Territory Managers and Sales Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in direct or B2B selling, or developing and presenting training and education materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced organizational and prioritization skills, with strong ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical education-related field.
- Ability to be a self-starter, seek new and better methods, and work with minimum supervision.
- Capability to discern relevant facts and effectively resolve issues by making good decisions.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced field role.
- Noise volume typical of being in the field or clinical setting.
- Extended hours when needed.
- Drug-free workplace.
- Frequent repetitive motions, such as keyboard and mouse usage.
- Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Frequent computer use.
- Frequent phone and other business machine use.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of a vehicle.
