Media Production Coordinator

Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Production Coordinator to join our team at ComingUp Creative.
About the Role:
- Assist producers in managing project timelines and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks on all materials before submission to clients.
- Work closely with the graphics team to coordinate design requests.
- Maintain organization and uphold quality standards throughout the project.
- Handle booking, scheduling, and payment of voiceover artists as needed.
- Attend meetings and client calls, taking comprehensive notes.
- Prioritize tasks according to deadlines and manage client-supplied materials.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the entertainment or advertising industry preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks.
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Proficiency in Filemaker Pro and Microsoft Office; knowledge of post-production processes a plus.
