Job Description
The Global Consumer Products Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Consumer Products and Experiences team. This includes coordinating projects, managing tasks, and maintaining seamless communication with cross-functional teams both domestically and internationally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with brand, franchise, finance, legal, and other teams to streamline operations
- Supporting the Managing Director, Consumer Products with administrative duties such as travel arrangements, expense management, meeting coordination, and trade show logistics
- Managing team calendars and scheduling calls/meetings for retail and CPE teams, internally and with external partners
- Coordinating the execution of licensing summits, team events, and trade shows
- Organizing and maintaining key internal and external documents, such as contact lists, contract summaries, licensee lists, sales decks, and newsletters for licensees and retailers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Salary Range
$125,000-$140,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location
