Overview

Solomon Page, a leading staffing and executive search solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Digital Media Project Coordinator to join their team in Los Angeles for a 2-month contract. This role involves working on-site Monday through Thursday.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to coordinate projects and campaigns in support of creative content and marketing teams. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in television and show promotion, with a drive to improve and modernize workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Guide projects and campaigns in support of creative content and marketing teams, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Research and source media assets for various promotional efforts, adapting to last-minute revisions and changing priorities.
  • Adhere to production workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, fostering strong interpersonal communication to maintain collaboration across departments.
  • Manage high-volume tasks in a deadline-driven environment, optimizing workflows and ensuring attention to detail throughout the marketing process.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, content promotion, post-production, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, web applications, and both PC and Mac platforms, with knowledge of on-air promotions, post-production, and file deliveries a plus.
  • A genuine interest in television and show promotion, with a drive to improve and modernize workflows.
  • Experience at a post-production house or network.
  • PREFERRED knowledge of M360 and Salesforce Marketing 360.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a 2-month contract position, with opportunities for extension based on performance and company needs.
