Job Title: Territory Sales Representative LBM/Framer SoftwareWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our Building Technology sales team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the LBM/Framer software market.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with other branch sales representatives to identify and understand customer needs.
- Demonstrate and explain how Simpson Strong-Tie's software and service offerings can address LBM/Framer needs and improve overall efficiency and operations.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of various software programs and provide feedback to our development team on needs for branch-specific markets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or Engineering Design/Drafting preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in residential construction, sales, operations, or estimating.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret multiple disciplines and specialties within a construction document set.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the aptitude to investigate unfamiliar systems and mine existing databases into a shareable format.

This role requires approximately 50% domestic travel.
