We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Train and develop team members on sales processes and systems
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
Licensing and Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
