Business Development Manager

PASSARO is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. As a Sales and Leadership Professional, you will have the opportunity to learn our process, develop relationships, and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
- Research new business opportunities in the B2B sector
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
- Daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM
- Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active in the community
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
