Intralox is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to manage the scheduling and support of our field service teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of fleet splicers, communicating with internal and external customers, and managing the billing process using the Oracle order management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a Field Services schedule board and assign Field Service Technicians and Applications Engineers based on incoming requests
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Representatives to build demand for proactive work and optimize field service resources
- Push field service resources to complete administrative tasks associated with work orders
- Facilitate and coordinate the shipment of fleet splicers to and from customer facilities
- Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external customers
- Manage the billing process using the Oracle order management system
- Bachelor's Degree is desired
- Strong project management and coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, dispatching, and communicating
- Proficient with Oracle and Microsoft software (Order Management, Dynamics Field Service, Teams)
- Computer proficiency with demonstrated experience in MS Office (Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented personality and approach
- Spanish speaking is desired
