UDR Inc., an S&P 500 company, is a leading owner and manager of residential apartment communities. As a customer-centric organization, we are seeking an experienced Resident Services Manager to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure community readiness for business daily
• Maintain high-quality presentation standards for all units, office spaces, restrooms, amenity areas, parking lots, and signage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through timely responses to resident inquiries, proactive problem-solving, and strategic implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive occupancy goals, enhance community image, and foster positive resident relations.
• Oversee accounting and financial tasks associated with community operations, including reconciliation and reporting.
• Supervise and mentor direct reports, providing guidance on performance management, training, and professional development.
• Administer vendor relationships, manage inventory, and replenish office supplies.
• Develop and maintain emergency action procedures for the properties and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:

• Multi-family operations experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial roles
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve escalated resident issues
• Proficiency in modern technology, especially computers and smartphones
• A degree or certificate in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
