Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution of customer issues.
  • Update customers on the status of their orders/service requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments when necessary to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven history of exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Doc, Google Sheets, Gmail).
  • CMS experience preferred.
